It is the Client’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the operation of the Services. Failure to do so may result in suboptimal performance, for which we are not liable. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your business, including data protection and privacy regulations related to client information and marketing communications.

6. No Liability for Third-Party Platforms

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google, Facebook, or other social media and review sites. We do not control these third-party platforms and are not responsible for any changes they make to their services, algorithms, or terms of use, which may affect your use of our Services. Any issues that arise from the use of third-party platforms are beyond our control, and we are not liable for any resulting impact on your business.
